Martha M. Talboom, 91, of East Battell, Mishawaka, Ind., passed away at 11:29 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11, in Memorial Hospital, South Bend, Ind. She was born on Feb. 14, 1911, in South Bend, to Peter and Josephine Wyremblewski, who preceded her in death.

Martha married Gaston J. Talboom, who passed away on Dec. 28, 1968. She was also preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Blanch, Casmir, Helen, Frank, Lotti, Marie, Cecelia and Clement.

Martha is survived by a son, LaVerne (Dianne) Talboom of South Bend; three grandchildren, Dennis Talboom of South Bend, Kenneth (Bernadette) Talboom of South Bend and Thomas Talboom of Sacramento, Calif.; five great-grandchildren, Kenneth Talboom II, Jennifer Talboom, Justin Talboom, Lindsey Talboom and Holly Talboom; a sister, Veronica Bojarski of Colorado; sister-in-law, Katherine Wyremblewski of Colorado; and by several nieces and nephews. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Church, the Rosary Society, and the Retiree's Club of St. John the Baptist Church.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today, Feb. 14, in the ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Road. Rosary will be said at 4 p.m. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, in St. John the Baptist Church. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery, South Bend. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John the Baptist Church, the Rosary Society of St. John the Baptist Church, or to Hospice House of St. Joseph County.
