Pearl Tafelski

December 19, 1894 - January 25, 1957

Funeral services will be conducted at 10am Monday in St Casimir's Catholic Church for Mrs. John L. Tafelski, 1713 S. Walnut St., who died Friday.  Rev. Casimir Witucki, CSC, pastor, will officiate with burial in St Joseph's Polish Cemetery.

Mrs. Tafelski was born in South Bend, December 19, 1894, and lived her life here.  She was married as Pearl Urbanski in 1915 to Mrs. Tafelski, who survives.

She leaves also two daughters, Mrs. Esther Gromski and Mrs. Dorothy Dlugosz of South Bend; four sisters, Mrs. Stella Grzeskowiak, Mrs. Martha Jozwiak, Mrs. Sophie Fill and Mrs Clementine Halka, all of South Bend, and four brothers, Alex and Anthony Urbanski of South Bend; Jacob of Toledo OH and Walter of Dowagiac MI.

She was a member of St Anne's Society 129 and the Holy Rosary Society both of St Casimir's Church.
