SOUTH BEND — Dorothy Jean Spychalski, 75, of Fairview Avenue, died last Tuesday in her home. Survivors include a daughter, Sheila Jahnke of South Bend; two sons, Steven of South Bend and Edward of Illinois; and five sisters, Marie Mountin of Florida, Ruby Smith of Mishawaka, Lucille Opaczewksi of South Bend and Jane Cox and Viola Hall, both of Florida; and a brother, Leroy Spence of Florida. Services were held Friday in the St. Joseph Funeral Home, 824 S. Mayflower Road, where friends called on Thursday.
