Myrna K. Spriggs, 78, of San Jose, Calif., died Monday, May 26, in a San Jose hospital. Daughter of Charles and Mayme Beehler, she was a former resident of Mishawaka, where she worked for many years at St. Joseph Hospital. She had lived in California with her daughter's family for the past seven years.

She is survived by her daughter, Pamela K. Edelmann of San Jose; her son, Barry Spriggs of Berrien Springs, Mich.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and her devoted sister, Mary Louise Kelley of New Carlisle, Ind. Private burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger, Ind.
