Michael A. Solomon

January 29, 1884 – July 18, 1960

Michael A. Solomon, 76, of 614 W. Indiana Ave., died at 1:30am today at his home.  He had been ill three years.

He was born January 29, 1884, in Cook County IL, and had lived here most of his life, coming from Cook County.  On July 3, 1916, he married Rose Yandl, who died in 1944.  He was a retired Studebaker-Packard Corp. employee.  Surviving is one sister, Mrs. Anna Grabner, of South Bend. 

Funeral services will be at 9am Wednesday in St Mary’s Assumption Church, with Rev. Edwin Bauer officiating.  Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery.  The rosary will be recited at 8pm Tuesday in the Russell Chapel.  Friends may call there after 7pm Tuesday.
