SOUTH BEND - Services for Norbert G. "Smokey" Smolukas, 70, of Acacia Place, who died at 5:30 a.m. Sunday in Memorial Hospital will be at 8 p.m. today in Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive. Burial will be in Oklahoma Cemetery, Sandy Township, Pa. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and after p.m. until services today in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Memorial Health Foundation, 615 N. Michigan St., South Bend, In 46601, or and charity.

SOUTH BEND - Norbert G. Smolukas, 70,
of Acacia Place, died at 5:30 a.m. Sunday in Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Smolukas retired from Improved Risk Mutual Insurance Co. as
an industrial engineer. He was born Feb. 21, 1925, in DuBois,
Pa., and lived in South Bend for 30 years, coming from
Pennsylvania. He is survived by two sisters, Cecelia Ball
and Yvonne Smolukas, both of DuBois.
He was a veteran of World War II and a
member of American Legion Post 284, Moose Lodge 58 and Elks
Lodge.
Services will be at 8 p.m. Tuesday in
Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive. Burial will be in
Oklahoma Cemetery, Sandy Township, Pa. Friends may call from 2 to
4 and after 6 p.m. until services Tuesday in the funeral home.

615 N. Michigan St., South Bend, IN 46601 or any charity.
