MISHAWAKA - Services for Adam Smith, 20, of Chillicothe, Ill., formerly of Mishawaka, who died at 4:26 p.m. Wednesday in St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria, Ill., of injuries he suffered in an automobile accident, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, Osceola. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Friends may call from 1 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Monday in the funeral Home.
Mr. Smith was employed at Alcoa Building Products, Princeville, Ill. He was born Dec. 15, 1973, in Fort Campbell, Ky., and lived in Chillicothe for two years, coming from Mishawaka. Surviving are his parents, Edward and Cindy Smith of Chillicothe; a sister, Jennifer Smith of Chillicothe; maternal grandparents, Richard and Arlene Myers of Mishawaka; and paternal grandmother, Julia Smith of California.
