SOUTH BEND - Services for Cody A. Shultz,
1, of 423 S. 25th St., who died at 4:13 p.m. Sunday in Riley
Hospital for Children, Indianapolis, will be at 1 p.m. Thursday
in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St., Mishawaka. Burial
will be in Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka. Friends may call from 6
to 8 p.m. today and two hours before services Thursday in the
funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Riley
Hospital for Children, 702 Barnhill Drive, Indianapolis, Ind.
46202.
Cody was born Jan. 7, 1993, in South Bend.
He is survived by his parents, Kimberly and Daniel Shultz;
maternal grandparents, Sheila and Roger Tinkel of Plymouth
and Brenda and Chris Stoers of South Bend; paternal
grandparents, Ruth Shultz and Larry Shultz, both of South Bend;
maternal great-grandparents, Judy and John Stores of South Bend,
Helen Tinkel of Plymouth, and Anna Tharp and Rheba Price,
both of Marion, Ind.; and paternal great-grandparents, Florence
and Max Martin of Mishawaka.
