Virgle L. Sharp, 68, of 10092
Lehman, Osceola, Ind., passed away of natural causes at 6:25 a.m.
on Wednesday, Feb. 12, in St. Joseph Hospital, Plymouth, Ind.
Virgle was born in Mishawaka, Ind.,
on June 20, 1928, to Pearl and Dalton Sharp, who preceded him in
death. Virgle married Jean Harsh in Mishawaka on Aug. 6, 1949.
She survives. He is also survived by two daughters, Janice Taylor
of Virginia and Joyce Olsen of Osceola; two sons, Dale Sharp of Elkhart,
Ind., and Douglas Sharp of Mishawaka. He also has eight
grandchildren.
Virgle was a member of the Michiana
Community Church of God, and was also a Navy veteran.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today in the Bubb Funeral
Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St., Mishawaka. Funeral services will
be held at 1 p.m. on Friday in the funeral home, with Rev. Odene
Wampler officiating. Burial will take place in Fairview Cemetery,
Mishawaka. V.F.W. Post 360, Mishawaka, will conduct military
rites at the cemetery.
