MISHAWAKA - Duward R. Ricketts, 60, of 1912 N. Byrkit Ave., died Tuesday in his home after an illness. Mr. Ricketts was a self-employed woodworker. He was born Dec. 23, 1934, in Waynesboro, Tenn., and lived here since 1983, coming from Columbia, Tenn.

 

Surviving are a companion, Connie Bixler of Mishawaka; a daughter, Vicki Ricketts of Mishawaka; seven sons, Edward R. of Niles, T. Wayne and Michael E., both of California, Rickey L. and Darryl R., both of South Bend, and Duward R. Bixler and Roger D. Bixler, both of Mishawaka; 18 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a brother, Max Ricketts of Collinwood, Tenn.

 

Services and burial will be at a later date in Tennessee. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday in McGann Funeral Home, 2313 E. Edison Road.

MISHAWAKA - Services for Duward R. Ricketts, 60, of 1912 N. Byrkit Ave., who died Tuesday in his home after an illness, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro, Tenn.

 

Burial will be in Chapel Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. today in McGann Funeral Home, 2313 E. Edison Road, South Bend.
