MISHAWAKA - Margaret A. Reeves, 83, of Mishawaka, passed
away at 8:10 p.m. Friday, May 2, 2008, in Holy Cross Care and
Rehabilitation, South Bend. Margaret was born on June 10, 1924,
in South Bend, to the late Harry and Anna (Schmitt) Garlanger.
On January 31, 1945, in South Bend, she
married Wilbur C. Reeves. She is survived by her loving husband,
Wilbur of Mishawaka; two sons, James L. Reeves of Osceola and
Charles A. and wife, Christy Reeves of Valparaiso. She is also
survived by two grandchildren, Chaz and Brandon Reeves. Margaret
worked for M.B. Skinner Co., a division of Textron for 14 years.
She also worked at Milton Home in South Bend for a short time.
She attended Queen of Peace Catholic Church, was part of the
Miniature Club of Elkhart and the Retirees Breakfast Club of
South Bend Controls, Inc.
Private family services will be held with
burial at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Chapel Hill
Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola, is handling
arrangements.
