June 6, 1929 - March 3, 2010SOUTH BEND - June Maxine Reed, 80, passed away at home surrounded by her family on Wednesday, March 3rd. June was born to Arlie Abraham and Lillian Beatrice (Ramey) Eaglebarger. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Charlotte Strickland, and a son, Terry Price. In 1987 she married Lonnie Paul Reed, who preceded her in death in 1990. Surviving are two daughters, Paula Williams of South Bend and Linda Lusher of Mishawaka; five sons, Dale (Angel) Stark of South Bend, Daniel (Margaret) Stark of Michigan City, Steve Stark of Mishawaka, Allen Stark of Osceola and Timothy Price of South Bend; 17 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Ruth Reed of Cassopolis, MI, and Esther Mead of Marcellus, MI. June was a production worker at Simplicity and for Goodwill Industries before she retired in 1996. She was a member of The Spoken Word World Outreach Center in South Bend. She was also a volunteer for Real Services Foster Grandparent program for five years. Visitation for June will be Monday, March 8th, from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 1:00 p.m. following the visitation, with Dr. Shirley Reamor officiating.
