Mrs. August Ranschaert

January 3, 1918 - November 2, 1966

Mrs. Virginia Ranschaert, 48, of 227 Adams St., died at 6pm Wednesday in Memorial Hospital after a brief illness.  She was born on January 3, 1918, in South Bend, and married on May 16, 1947, to August Ranschaert, who survives.

Also surviving are two sons, David and Ralph; three daughters, Mrs. Mary Ann Winquist of South Bend, and the Misses Joan and Barbara, both at home; two brothers, Frank Hess of Niles and Clem Hess of South Bend; and two sisters, Mrs. Isabelle Jaronik and Mrs. Lorraine Dembinski, both of South Bend.

Friends may call after 3pm Friday in the St Joseph Funeral Home.  Services will be held there at 11am Saturday, Rev. Sigmund A Jankowski, CSC, pastor of St Stanislaus Catholic Church, will officiate and burial will be in St Joseph Cemetery
