SOUTH BEND - Tammie Mae "Moose" Pierce, 28, of South Bend, passed away Monday in her home. She was born on October 16, 1979, in South Bend, to her parents, Daniel and Virginia (Creswell) Pierce. She had attended and graduated from Washington High School. Tammie is survived by her parents, Daniel and Virginia (Creswell) Pierce of South Bend; her sister, Jackie (James) Woltman of South Bend; her maternal grandma, Juanita Creswell; her paternal grandparents, Claude and Evelyn Pierce; her great-grandma, Lora Veevaete; two nephews, Zachary and Kollin Woltman; and her niece, Lauren Woltman. Tammie was preceded in death by her grandfather, V.L. Creswell.

Funeral services will be Saturday, Dec. 29, at 1 p.m. in the Welsheimer Family Funeral Home, 521 N. William St., South Bend. Friends may visit with her family from 10 a.m. until time of services. In loving memory of Tammie, memorial contributions may be made to Chiara Home, Inc., 1425 Clayton, South Bend, IN 46614. Tammie was loved very much by her family and everyone who knew her. She touched each and everyone's life, and will be missed by all but never forgotten.
