SOUTH BEND - Daniel Pedyk, 88, of
South Lombardy Drive, died at 6:25 p.m. Wednesday in his home.
Mr. Pedyk retired from Mastic Corp. He was born Aug. 4, 1906, in
Poland and lived in South Bend for 44 years.
On July 7, 1960, in South Bend, he married
Irmgard C. Wiebking. He was a veteran of the Polish Army,
was a prison of war during World War II and a member of St.
Mary's Polish National Catholic Church.
Private services will be Saturday in St.
Joseph Funeral Home. Entombment will be in Resurrection Gardens
Mausoleum of St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8
p.m. Friday in the funeral home, where a rosary will be said at 7
p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of St. Joseph
County Inc. or the church.
