SOUTH BEND - Richard Niezgodski, 64, of Sunset Place, died at 1 p.m. Friday in Memorial Hospital after an illness. Mr. Niezgodski retired from K&F Food Market.

He was born Aug. 18, 1931, in South Bend. He is survived by a companion, Katherine Pusti of South Bend; six stepgrandchildren; a sister, Sylvia Zalas of South Bend; and three brothers, Henry Nye Sr. and Joseph Mankowski Jr., both of South Bend, and Bill Niezgodski of Boca Raton, Fla.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in St. Joseph Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today and two hours before services Tuesday in the funeral home.
