Angelo P. Nicolini

Second Lieut. Angelo P. Nicolini, age 30, who was previously reported as missing in action, has now been reported dead, Mr. And Mrs. Salavatore Nicolini, of 116 E. 9th Street, announced today following the receipt of a telegram from the was department. Lieut. Nicolini was a member of a tank destroyer battalion and was fighting somewhere on the Italian battle front. He was reported missing June 3.

Lieut. Nicolini, a graduate of Mishawaka High school class of 1932, was born June 18, 1914 in this city. Beside his parents he is survived by four brothers; Sergt. John C., who is stationed with the marine corps in San Diego, Calif. Private Raymond A. of Camp Blanding, Fla., and Virgil and Marion, both of Mishawaka, and one sister Mrs. Larry Waltz, also of this city.
