Sharon L. Newbon

October 23, 1963 - July 21, 1996

Sharon L. Newbon, 32, of 1709 Kessler Blvd., South Bend, Ind., passed away at 7:15 a.m. Sunday in her residence, following a brief illness.

Sharon was born Oct. 23, 1963, in South Bend, Ind., and was a lifetime area resident.

She is survived by a daughter, Karen Baugh; her mother and step-father, Emma and Pastor Charles L. King; three sisters, Marilyn Newbon and Cynthia Johnson, both of Atlanta, Ga. and Phyllis ''Louis III'' Hogan of South Bend, Ind.; a brother, Charles L. King Jr. of South Bend, Ind.; a paternal grandmother, Mrs. Allie Lee Williams; and two nephews, Louis IV Hogan and Phillip Hogan, all of South Bend.

Sharon was a member of St. Matthews Church of God In Christ, South Bend, Ind.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Elizabeth Memorial Church of God In Christ. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call an hour prior to the services at the church. Alford's Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
