Clementine A. Mrozinski

Clementine A. Mrozinski, 88, of Westmore Street, South Bend, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 14, 2002, in Regency Place, South Bend.

Clementine was born on Aug. 11, 1914, in South Bend, to the late John and Theophilia (Jablonski) Splawski. On June 22, 1946, in St. Adalbert Catholic Church, South Bend, as Clementine Splawski, she married Harry J. Mrozinski, who survives.

Mrs. Mrozinski is also survived by a daughter, Paula (James) Szekendi of South Bend; a son, Rev. Ron Mrozinski of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; and two grandsons, Timothy and Thomas Szekendi of South Bend. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Irene Klosinski and three brothers, Walter, Chester and Sigmund Splawski.

Mrs. Mrozinski was a parishioner and a member of the Confraternity of the Holy Rosary at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, South Bend.

Visitation will be from 3-7 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2002, in Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive, South Bend, where a parish rosary will be recited at 4 p.m. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2002, in St. Stanislaus Church, with entombment to follow in St. Joseph Cemetery Resurrection Gardens.
