SOUTH BEND - Robert H. Moser, 81, of Meridian Nursing Center-Cardinal, died at 2:50 a.m. today in St. Joseph's Medical Center. Mr. Moser retired as a self-employed carpenter. He was born Aug. 7, 1914, in Wyatt.

He is survived by his former wife, Theresa Moser of South Bend; a daughter, Rosemary Arndt of South Bend; four stepdaughters, Julia Orisich, Betty Smith and Tina Cesavice, all of South Bend, and Theresa Parisey of Mishawaka; two stepsons, Frank Tirotta of South Bend and Albert Tirotta of Granger; and five grandchildren. He was an Army veteran of World War II and received the Bronze Star.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Burial will follow. There will be no visitation. Kaniewski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
