Elmer J. Morrow

Elmer J. Morrow, rural route No. 6, box 139, East New Road died at 2:20 p.m. Tuesday in his residence.  He was born in St. Joseph county Aug 20, 1882 and was married Dec. 12, 1936 to Clara Clinger, South Bend.  He was employed for 23 years by the Studebaker corporation. Surviving are his widow, a daughter, Mrs. John Gundeck, South Bend, two brothers, Dell L. and Lester of South Bend and two sisters, Mrs. John Snyder, South Bend and Mrs. Edward Alberts, Goshen, Ind.  Friends may call in the Hay funeral home after 7 p.m. today until funeral services there at 2 p.m. Friday.  Rev. D. L. Mikel, pastor of West Union church will officiate.  Interment will be in Southlawn cemetery.
