Mrs. Nicola Mitrovich

June 4, 1921 – December 22, 1976

Mrs. Helen Mitrovich, 55, of 306 E. Victoria, died at 7:30am today in Memorial Hospital after a two month illness.  She had worked for Newman’s Clothing Store since 1973.

She was born June 4, 1921, in Erwin PA and had lived here 50 years.  On August 16, 1952, in South Bend, as Helen Medich, she married Nicola Mitrovich.  He survives along with a daughter, Mary Ann, at home; three sisters, Mrs. Michael Delich of South Bend, Mrs. Paul Kisil of Parma OH and Mrs. Pero Rodich of Hobart IN, and four brothers, Robert Medich of Indianapolis, Michael and Bud Medich, both of South Bend and Joseph Medich of McLean VA.

Services will be at 1pm Friday in the Zahoran Funeral Home.  Rev. John Tudorvich of the St. Sava Church, Gary, will officiate.  Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery.  Friends may call from 6 to 9pm Thursday and 10am until time of services Friday in the funeral home.  A prayer service will be at 8pm Thursday in the funeral home.
