Terrence (Terry) Allen Michalski, 55, of Cabot Dr., South Bend, IN, passed away on Friday, June 1, 2001, in his residence. He was born on February 3, 1946, in Chicago, IL, son of Lad- islaus B. and Irene (Coughlan) Michalski. On September 2, 1995, in South Bend, IN, at the First Baptist Church, he married Peggy A. (Roark) Myers, who survives. Also surviving are: one stepson, Justin Richard Myers; two brothers, Ronald (Nancy) Michalski of Henderson, NV, and Gene (Glenda) Michalski of Memphis, TN, several nieces and nephews, and many extended family. He was preceded in death by both parents. Terry was employed by Metropolitan Title Company as a searcher in South Bend/Mishawaka since 1996. He had been employed by the Porter County Government in Valparaiso, IN, as an auditor for the eight previous years. He was an active member of the Granger Community Church, the Edwardsburg Conservation Club, and the River Valley Chapter Muzzleloaders Association.

Visitation will be from 4-8 PM on Tuesday, June 5, 2001, in the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Dr., South Bend. A Funeral Service will be held at 1 PM, June 6, 2001, in the Kaniewski Funeral Chapel, with Cremation to follow. Memorial contributions may be made to the Granger Community Church, 15577 Cass Rd., Granger, IN 46530.
