Sister Madelina Leahy CSC

Sister Madelina, CSC, aged 54 years, died at St. Mary’s convent. She was born in Baltimore, Md. In 1959. Her worldly name was Mary Leahy. She entered the convent in 1886 and in 1892 took her final vows. She taught for a number of years in Baltimore before coming to South Bend, where she taught in St. Joseph’s Hall before going to St. Mary’s.

Funeral services will be held at 6 o’clock Wednesday morning.
