SOUTH BEND - Chad R. Lambie, 28, passed away at 6:55 p.m. on Sunday, July 20th, in Hospice House with his family at his bedside. Chad was born on April 8, 1980, in South Bend, to Charles W. "Bill" and Debbra (Wojciechowski) Lambie Sr. His parents survive along with a sister, Lisa Logan of North Liberty; a brother, Charles "Bill" Lambie Jr. of Mishawaka; maternal grandparents, Dan Wojciechowski of South bend and Sherry (Gene) Chrzanowski of South Bend; paternal grandfather, Ralph Lambie Sr. of South Bend; a niece, Zoe Lambie of Mishawaka; and a nephew, Jacob McElroy of North Liberty. He loved his niece and nephew very much. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Audrey Lambie. Chad graduated from St. Joseph High School and then graduated with a degree in business and marketing from Ball State University. He loved to play lacrosse while in high school and college.

Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 24th, in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Road. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 25th, in St. Hedwig Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Westlawn Cemetery, North Liberty, IN.
