Ralph M. (Jeziorski) Lake

October 4, 1928 – November 26, 1979

Ralph M. Lake, 51,of Portage IN, formerly of South Bend, died at 10pm Monday in Portage Memorial Hospital after a heart attack.  He was a customer service representative for Carson-Pirie-Scott Department Stores, Chicago.

He was born October 4, 1928, in South Bend, and had lived here until 1952.  Surviving are four sisters, Mrs. Leona Liwosz, Mrs. Loretta Paar, Mrs. Gertrude Downs and Mrs. Dorothy Bagarus, all of South Bend, and four brothers, Ben, Edward and Stephen Jeziorski, all of South Bend, and Joseph Jeziorski of Manchester MO.

Friends may call from noon ot 9pm Thursday in the Kaniewski & Sons Funeral Home.  He was a graduate of Ball State University, Muncie, and had served in the Army during the Korean Conflict.

Services for Ralph M. (Jeziorski) Lake, 51, of Portage IN, formerly of South Bend, who died at 10pm Monday in Portage Memorial Hospital after a heart attack, will be at 10 am Friday in St Stanislaus Catholic Church.  Rev. Casimir Grabarz, CSC, will officiate.  Burial will be in St Joseph Cemetery.  Friends may call form noon to 9pm Thursday in the Kaniewski & Sons Funeral Home.
