PHILLIP M. KLEIN DIES AT AGE 78       

A lifetime resident of Penn township, this county, Phillip M. Klein, aged 78, of rural route No. 2, Mishawaka, died suddenly at 3 p.m. Thursday in his home.  Death followed a heart attack.  Mr. Klein, a farmer, was born in Penn township Oct. 10, 1866.  He married Phillipeane Fox Nov. 12, 1892, in Madison township, this county.       

Mr. Klein was a member of Coalbush Evangelical church.  Surviving are his widow; one daughter, Mrs. Maud Parcell, and one son Glen E. Klein both of Penn township; three brothers, Jacob Klein, of Akron, Ind., and Edward Klein and Valentine Klein, both of Penn township; two sisters, Mrs. Joseph Horein, of Madison township and Mrs. Rose Overholt, of Claypool, Ind.;four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.       

Friends may call at the residence from tonight until noon Sunday when the boy will be taken to Coalbush church where friends may call from 12:30 p.m. until the services at 2 p.m.   Rev. Wilson Parks, pastor, will officiate and burial will be in Ferrisville cemetery.

Funeral Notes      

 Funeral services for Phillip M. Klein, aged 78, of rural route No. 2, Mishawaka, who died Thursday will take place at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Coalbush Evangelical church.  Rev Wilson Parks, pastor, will officiate and burial will be in Ferrisville cemetery.  Friends may call in the residence until noon Sunday.  Pallbearers will be W. C. Rodgers, Charles Weiss, John Weiss, Walter Klein, Vincent Jacobs and John Fulmer.
