Eugene P. Kepplin

Eugene P. Kepplin, 52, of 55568 Moss Rd., was dead on arrival Wednesday at Montana Deaconess Hospital, Great Falls, Mont.  He suffered a heart attack while on a hunting trip.  He was an employee of the Bendix Corp.

Born May 22, 1918, in LaPorte, he came here 25 years ago from there.  On Nov 26, 1945, he married Rosetta Armentrout, who survives.  Also surviving are two sons, Lynn and Kevin, both at home; two brothers, Arlington of LaPorte and Lloyd J. of Prescott, Ariz., and a sister, Mrs. John Crook of Laporte.

The Hickey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  He was a member of the Scottish Rite of St. Joseph Valley and Lodge 294, F. & A.M., Bendix Local 9, the Chain-O-Lakes Conservation Club, and a veteran of World War II.
