Holly Nicole Kelley, infant daughter of Victoria G. Kelley and Victor A. Proulx, of 71839 Stapleton Road, Decatur, MI, was dead at birth at 9:27 p.m. Thursday in Memorial Hospital. Surviving in addition to the parents are her paternal grandmother, Virginia C. Proulx of Phoenix, Ariz. and maternal grandmother, Mrs. Mary Jane Kelley of South Bend.
