Mrs. John Kazmierzak

April 3, 1874 - October 3, 1939

Mrs. John Kazmierzak, aged 65, of 607 East Eddy Street, died at 3:40am today in her home after an illness of eleven months. 

Born in Randolph MI, April 3, 1874, she came to South Bend from that town sixty years ago.  Surviving is her husband, John Kazmierzak; four sons, Frank, Walter, Edward and George Kazmierzak; three daughters, Mrs. Marie Martinkowska, Mrs. Helen Edwards and Mrs. Hattie Zeitler; two sisters, Mrs. Frances Konopinska and Mrs. Rose Bogenrieder; a brother, Peter Jaworski and 14 grandchildren, all of South Bend.

Friends will be received in the home.  The funeral will be held at 9am Thursday in St Stanislaus Roman Catholic Church with Rev. Stanislaus S. Kuszynski, CSC, pastor, chanting the requiem High Mass.  Burial will be in St Joseph's Polish Cemetery.

Friends of Mrs. John Kazmierzak, who died Tuesday morning, are being received in her home at 607 East Corby Street and not Eddy Street as erroneously stated in The South Bend Tribune Tuesday.
