Clara Kazmierczak

May 15, 1913 - May 27, 1915

Following an illness of a few days from pneumonia, Clara, two year old daughter of Mr & Mrs George Kazmierczak, 421 South Jackson Street, died at 9 o'clock last evening.  The funeral services will be held at 7:30 o'clock Saturday morning form St Adalbert's Church, Rev. John Kubacki, officiating.  Burial will be in St Joseph's Cemetery.
