Bernice
Kazmierczak, 80, of 421 S Jackson St., died at 7am today in St
Joseph’s Medical Center. Miss Kazmierczak retired from
Wirekraft Division, Lakeville.
She was born October
5, 1908, in South Bend, and was a lifelong area resident. She
is survived by two sisters, Alice Dygulski and Jean Andrysiak,
both of South Bend, and a brother, Chester of South Bend. She
was a member of St Casimir’s Catholic Church Senior Citizens
Club, Harvest House of St Adalbert’s Catholic Church and
Polish Women’s Democratic Club.
Services will be
at 10am Thursday at St Adalbert’s Catholic Church. Burial
will be in St Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call form 7 to
9pm Tuesday and 2 to 9pm Wednesday at St Joseph Funeral Home,
where a parish rosary will be recited at 7pm Wednesday.
