Mrs. Wilhelmina Kallies

            Mrs. Wilhelmina Kallies, age 92, died Friday afternoon in the home of her son, Ferdinand Kallies, Junberry road, near Roseland.  She had been ill since January.  Mrs. Kallies was born in Friedhelm, Germany, Jan 14, 1839 and had resided in this vicinity 52 years, coming here from Germany.  Surviving her are three sons, Reinhold, Ferdinand and Herman, of this city; 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.  A brother, William Heiman, captain of No. 10 fire truck company, died in 1929.  The body may be viewed in the home of the son, Ferdinand.  A prayer service will be held Sunday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock in the residence.  Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. in Emmaus Lutheran church, Rev. Theodore Kleinhans officiating.  Burial will be in Bowman cemetery.
