Carrie Marie Kaiser, 55, of Prairie Avenue, passed away at 7:45 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12, in Hospice House. Mrs. Kaiser was born on June 21, 1947, in LaPorte, Ind., to Harold and Jeanette Reinholt. Carrie was preceded in death by her father.

She is survived by a daughter, Jeannette (Floyd) Hayes of South Bend; a grandson, Matthew Hayes; her mother, Jeanette Reinholt of South Bend; and by two brothers, Hervie (Peggy) Reinholt of Knox, Ind., and Harold Reinholt Jr. of Ely, Minn.

Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. today, Feb. 14, at Sumption Prairie Cemetery. The Zahoran Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
