John Jurgonski: (South Bend Tribune 5/16/1925)

John Jurgonski, age 66, died at his home in New Carlisle, this county, this morning at 3 o'clock after an illness of nine months from cancer of the stomach. He was born in Poland Feb. 6, 1859, and had lived in this country 55 years. Besides his wife he is survived by the following children: Mrs. Sally Blaszczk, Mrs. Gustie Buziak, Mrs. Tillie Kaminski, of South Bend; Mrs. Josephine Rzepka, Terre Coupe, this county Miss Dora, Leo, Steve, Joseph, Enoch and Valentine Jurgonski at home. The funeral will be held at St. Stanislaus' Roman Catholic church, Terre Coupe Tuesday morning at 9:30 o'clock. Rev. Michael Swiatkowski officiating, with burial in St. Joseph's cemetery.
