MISHAWAKA - Amy Lynn Jurgenson, 25, of 611 E. Lawrence St., died Monday evening after an automobile accident on Michigan 51 near Peavine Street, south of Dowagiac. Miss Jurgenson was a student at Indiana University South Bend. She was born Feb. 25, 1969, in South Bend, and was a lifelong area resident. She is survived by a son, Mark A. Smith Jr. at home; her parents, Candy and Donald Jurgenson of Mishawaka; three sisters, Debbie Jurgenson Narkawicz of Bradstown, Ky., Angela Jurgenson Bice of Riverside, Calif., and Valerie Jurgenson Stewart of Streator, Ill.; maternal grandparents, Darlyne and Chester Hunter of South Bend; paternal grandparents, Violet and Donald Jurgenson of Mishawaka; and a maternal great-grandmother, Marion Hoika of South Bend.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in St. Monica's Catholic Church. Burial will be in Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St., where a wake will be at 4:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Women's Shelter, South Bend
