MISHAWAKA - Tyler R. Johnson, 21/2-month-old son of John and Tina Johnson, of Leyte Avenue, died at 6:15 p.m. Thursday in St. Joseph Hospital. The St. Joseph County Coroner's office is investigating the death as a possible case of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.

He was born March 9, 1995, in Mishawaka. Surviving with his parents are a sister, Ashley L. at home; maternal grandparents, Ron and Mary Golden of Osceola; paternal grandmother, Georgia Johnson of Granger; and maternal great-grandparents, Sam and Helen Catlett of Morgantown, W.Va.

Services will be at 1 p.m. today in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St. Burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger.
