Severina M. Jerzak

SOUTH BEND - Severina M. ''Sarah'' Jerzak, 91, of St. Joseph's Care Center West, formerly of 1313 W. Poland St., died at 5:14 p.m. Sunday in the care center. Mrs. Jerzak was a former employee of Studebaker Corp. She was born Jan. 26, 1903, in South Bend, and was a lifelong resident of the area. As Severina M. Strozewski, she married William Jerzak. He died in 1991. Surviving two sisters, Pauline Kukla and Harriet Piecuch, both of South Bend, and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Casimir's Catholic Church. Entombment will be in Resurrection Gardens Mausoleum in the St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today in the St. Joseph Funeral where a rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m.
