Pauline J. Jerzak, 55, of Bittersweet Road, Granger, Ind., died at 4:55 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 15, at St. Joseph's Medical Center, South Bend. Pauline was born in Mishawaka on Oct. 29, 1940, and was a lifetime resident.

 

As Pauline J. Moshak, she married Robert Jerzak in Mishawaka on June 29, 1963. He survives along with three sons, Robert T. of Mishawaka, David A. and Eric T., both of Granger; six sisters, Catherine VanHuffel, Rosa Mitchell, Anne Grzeskowiak and Helen Mikulyuk, all of Mishawaka, Mary Hacker and Tillie Winrote, both of South Bend. A sister, Olga Grubbs preceded her in death. She is also survived by three brothers, Anthony Moshak of Beardstown, Ill., John Moshak of Skokie, Ill. and Bill Moshak of Mishawaka.

 

 

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St., Mishawaka, Ind. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday in St. Pius X Catholic Church, Granger, Ind. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Osceola. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Pius X Catholic Church of which she was a member. A wake service will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
