Joseph Jedral, 62, of 601 Kosciuszko, died at 12:05 p.m. Thursday in the Carlyle Nursing Home after an extended illness.
He was employed by the AM General Corp.
He was born on June 30, 1914, inPoland and had lived here for 27 years.
On Feb. 9, 1947, in Germany, he married the former Helen Stawowa, who survives. Also surviving are three daughters, Miss Josephine Jedral, Miss Mary Ann Jedral and Miss Rosemary Jedral, all at home, and a son, Chester, at home, and a brother, Frank of Germany.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Adalbert’s Catholic Church, with Rev. Eugene K. Kazmierczak, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday in the St. Joseph Funeral Home.
Jedral was a member of Haller’s Post 125.
