SOUTH BEND - Michael Gregory Jacobs, 38, died Thursday in his home. He is survived by his wife, Mitzie Mai; sons, Wesley Jacobs, Cody Jacobs and Spencer Jacobs; father, Gregory A. Jacobs; mother, Norma Jean (Sherman) French; and sister, Laura Jacobs-Herrell. Memorial services will be at 11 AM Monday, at Palmer Funeral Home-River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Ave, South Bend, where friends may visit with the family one hour prior to services on Monday.
