MISHAWAKA - Edna M. Garrison, 89, of Mishawaka, passed away in her residence during the early morning hours of March 7th. Edna was born in Lansing, Michigan, on May 14, 1918, to the late George and Doris (Meech) Hall.

On April 18, 1936, in Syracuse, Indiana, she married Albert S. Garrison. He preceded her in death on December 8, 2001. She enjoyed playing bingo, playing cards with her friends, and most of all she loved being in the company of her family. Edna is survived by three daughters, Judy Deeb, Jill Graff and Jan Lanko, all of Mishawaka; along with one son, Jerry (Cora) Garrison of Seattle, Washington. Edna is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Ben Royer; two brothers, Max Hall and Melvin Hall; along with four sisters, Fawn Wambach, Juanita Garman, Alice Marin and Clara Klein.

There will be no visitation or funeral service, as was Edna's wish. Cremation is to take place. Bubb Funeral Chapel, 3910 N. Main St., Mishawaka, is handling arrangements. Contributions in Edna's name may be made to Hospice of St. Joseph County, 111 Sunnybrook Court, South Bend, IN 46637.
