SOUTH BEND - Memorial services for Bela Gabor, 87, of Regency Place, who died at 10:10 p.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph's Medical Center, will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday in Memorial Presbyterian Church. Cremation will take place, with entombment in Highland Mausoleum. There will be no visitation. Zahoran Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
Mr. Gabor was a retired tailor. He was born June 18, 1907, in Budapest, Hungary, and lived in South Bend since 1950, coming from Gyor, Hungary.
On Jan. 24, 1943, in Gyor, he married Maria Suranyi. She died Feb. 28, 1991. He is survived by a daughter, Zsuzsuanna Gabriella Gabor of Hungary; and a sister-in-law, Ilona Toth of South Bend.
