MISHAWAKA – Thomas Allen Frame, 56, of Mishawaka, passed away Saturday, October 11, 2008, in his residence. Tom was born June 15, 1952, in South Bend, as the son of the late John William and Mary Kathryn (Britton) Frame.
On August 1, 1981, in Mishawaka, he married the former Sandra Blasko-Roth, who survives along with her children, Todd Roth (Paula Straughn) of Osceola, Scott (Jennifer) Roth of Mishawaka and Sharla Roth (James Dishman) of South Bend; one brother, Bill (Geraldine) Frame of South Bend; a nephew, William (Staci) Frame of Mishawaka, and a niece, Karly (Chris) Rock of Mishawaka.
Tom was employed by Mishawaka Utilities (Water Department) for 20 years. Tom also worked for Underground Pipe & Valve in South Bend and for Penz Products in Mishawaka.
He was a 1972 Mishawaka High School graduate, after which Tom enrolled in the United States Army, serving his country for two years. Tom was an avid Notre Dame sports fan along with NASCAR. He was a member of American Legion Post 161 in Mishawaka. He will be remembered for his sense of humor and the good times he loved to share with his friends.
Family and friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm today, October 14, in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 15, at 1pm in the Hahn Funeral Home, with Rev. Larry Baker of First Brethren Church, South Bend, officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka, with American Legion Post 161/VFW Post burial team conducting military rites.
Memorial contributions may be made in Tom’s name to the American Heart Association.
