Steve Fozo, 75, of 725 S. Albert Ave., died at 12:23 p.m. Tuesday in his home. Mr. Fozo had been a self-employed roofer. He was born May 11, 1911, in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident. On Nov. 1, 1952, he married Frances Wacunas, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Roy Fozo of Mishawak and Robert Wacunas of Edwardsburg; seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; three sisters, Margaret Wardell of Arizona, Emma Irish of South Bend and Elsie Pierce of Kokomo; and two brothers, Julius and George, both of South Bend.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. Burial will be in Southlawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday in St. Joseph Funeral Home, where a parish rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m.
