MRS. DELBERT FOX AND BABY.       

Mrs. Delbert Fox , rural route 2, Bremen, died Saturday evening at 6:00 o'clock at Epworth hospital, South Bend, and her infant daughter Mary Louise, born early Saturday afternoon, died Sunday at 1:30 p.m.  Mrs. Fox was thirty-five years old.  The baby lived only twenty-four hours.       

Mrs. Fox was born May 19, 1909, in Benzonia county, Michigan.  As a girl she moved to Indiana and as Miss Louise Brown she was married to Mr. Fox Sept. 18, 1926.  Surviving are her husband; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Cassius Brown of Roseland, St. Joseph County; three brothers Francis and Harold Brown of Mishawaka, and Seaman 1/c Herbert Brown, serving with the navy in the south Pacific, and seven sisters, Mrs. Marie Ostheimer, Mrs. Helen Rice and Mrs. Josephine Snyder, of South Bend; Mrs. Evelyn McGuire, Mrs. Sarah Shoemaker and Mrs. Jewell Scanlon, of Mishawaka, and Mrs. Freda Fisher, of Roseland.       

Surviving the child are her father and her grandparents, Mrs. and Mrs. Brown, and Martin Fox, of rural route No. 2, Bremen.  Double funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in South Bend.  Rev. D. T. Dale, pastor of the Highland Park United Brethren church, officated and burial was in Fairview cemetery.
