Forsberg Suffers from Appendicitis"
Miss Gertrude Forsberg, age 15,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Forsberg, of 943 15th Street, River
Park, died Saturday night at Epworth Hospital, South Bend,
following an operation for appendicitis and complications. She
leaves her parents, one sister, I. T. Peltz of South Bend
and two brothers, Edward and Walter at home.
The funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock
from the home, Rev. Edmond Kerlin, officiating. Burial will be in
the city cemetery, South Bend,
