MISHAWAKA - Karen A. DeZenso, 60, passed away at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7, in her residence. Karen was born on April 6, 1947, in Elizabeth, New Jersey, to the late Edward and Anne Bokenko.

On April 10, 1972, in New Jersey, Karen married Robert J. DeZenzo. He survives along with their children, Jennifer (David) Leffel of Granger, Christine DeZenzo of South Bend, Elizabeth (Aaron) Seamon of Noblesville, IN, and Michael (Jamie) DeZenso of South Bend; 10 grandchildren; and a sister, Janet Zawacki of Arizona.

Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 10, in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Road, South Bend. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 11, in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
