MISHAWAKA - Marie Louise DeMeyer, 89, of Birchwood Street, died at 3:30 a.m. today in Fountainview Place. Mrs. DeMeyer was self-employed at Dotty's Restaurant for 14 years and was employed by the University of Notre Dame at the Huddle. She was born Sept. 30, 1904, in Ghent, Belgium, and lived in Mishawaka most of her life.

On Dec. 27, 1924, in Mishawaka, as Marie L. VanRentergem, she married Camiel DeMeyer. He survives, with a daughter, Dorothea Andreae of Mishawaka; a son, Roger of South Bend; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Private graveside services will be conducted Wednesday in Highland Cemetery, South Bend. Bubb Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
