SOUTH BEND - Vonda A. Dekker, 87, of Green Valley, Ariz., formerly of South Bend, died Sunday in Park Centre Nursing Home, Green Valley. Mrs. Dekker was a retired musician.
She was born May 18, 1908, in South Bend. As Vonda A. Noyes, she married Adrian Dekker. He died in Nov. 7, 1979. She is survived by a son, Jack Noyes of San Francisco; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two sisters, Charmaine Fragomeni of Green Valley and Bonnie Bybee of Santa Fe, Calif.; and a brother, Max Fishburn of Tijeras, N.M.
Graveside services and burial will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. There will be no visitation. Bubb Funeral Chapel, Mishawaka, is in charge of arrangements.
